I kindly want to put my vote forward for an african troops to be landed in the Somali country!!... we have been in deepshiit for the past sixteen years and the situation in somalia today seems to be a double deepshiit as the Maxkamadaha threaten to overrun Baidoa a governmental city in southern Somalia....

the Pro's of African troops:
- resumes Law and Order
- Peace (eventually)
- Democracy
- Respect for everyone



the Cons of African Troops:
- Aids Disease

that is it!!!... how many people are dying today in the country for a strayed bullet?... the estimation is 200 a day (that is only the capital) if a war is waging and 25 a day for a peaceful day in the capital!!!.... THIS IS AN EVERYDAY HOLOCAUST.... so we can prevent the African Troops to mate with our girls if we campaign for it but how do you want to stop this everyday holocaust!!!////

I am for what ever it takes,but the problem is you can't force people,may be the population in Mogadishou who supported the courts should domenstrate and show their support for the interim government and it's inititive to bring back law and order,I don't think foreign troops would do anything bad they would just come in to help out to disarm and they would be our guest and would go when told so.

What makes you think foreign troops are capable of stabilizing Somalia where other more financially & militarily capable countries have failed?

Foreign countries can't initiate peace only the people of Somalia through a solid political system can initiate peace.

The foreign countries can accelerate the process througheconomic investment in peaceful areas.
