I don't know how set up my avater, A freind of mine has done it recently for me and I thought I grasp the essence of it and felt confident about it and deleted it, but I forgot how reset it back. It would be helpful if someone could instruct me step by step.

Here what Micheal Italia and other people wear given direction how to set it few months ago.


It's gotta be 80 X 80 and 6KB or less in size.

1-Right click the picture

2-click "save as picture" you will see small window, save it your "desktop " The "Save type" should be JPEG or GIF

3- double click what you saved on the "desktop" ,which is "Windows Picture Viewer" to see the size of the picture

4-Right click the picture

5-when you righ click the picture, click "Open With"

6-When you click "Open with", you will see several options like "paint" and "Microsoft Office front Page.

7-click "Paint"

8- Then you will see the picture in small box, which enables you to modify and change the size of the image or picture since the system of Somali net wants small sized Avatar

9-To reduce the size of the picture, click one of the toolbars, " Image"

10-when you click, you will see options like "Flip/Rotate." "Stretch/Skew" and so one.

11-click the "Stretch/Skew" option.

12- Then go ahead and increase or decrease the size of the picture by entering percentage numbers in both the Horizontal and Vertical scale boxes.


13-Saved it and then go to your profile and upload from your machine.
