If the so called Islamic courts mean business and are fair they should apprehend this individual who ants the lawlessnes that has been going the last 16 years to go on,because he wants the power and the BAD money he is taking from the population by setting up his own road blocks,after the defeat of the warlords they should not have spared him and should have disarmed his millitia,so now he is threatening them and wants to carry on business as usual.

Leave Qeybdiid and the BANADIR HIGHWAY COMMISION ALONE !

Don't u pay to get on the highway in certain areas ! I pay $5.50 each day to commute.

The tolls are very important in Banadir because they:

1. Reduce the weapon flow into the City thereby improving security.
2. Help employ gunmen who would otherwise be up to some other mischief.
3. Improve the public roads on the toll station.
4. Provide security by reducing banditry in the area.

xamar hasn't had a police force since 1991. besides this qeybdiid character was "isbatoore" in the last gov't. so can some1 explain to me how an isbatoore can be incharge of an entire police force
