the medina constitution is more dan 1400 years old and its tenants is relative to a cultural tribal-society applicable today only to somalia, yemen and saudi arabia. which would you prefer to live under, the constitution of the united states or the constitution of medina? state ur reasons. muhamed is not alive, no universal declaration of human rights.
