What they do is interview people asking them all kinds of questions and then mix and match the questions and answers to make people look stupid after they have made them sign release forms.

No man, I dont believe that. Its common knowledge that the average American doesnt know shit about whats going on in the world.

Even on that video, there are parts where they dont cut before the person thats being interviewed has answered the question. Like when they asked that black guy which state KFC was from

Sometimes these people pretend to be illiterate to just to attract attention, I once saw this docamentary asking people where Somali is located and I can't believe one of them said its located in central Asia, It's very ridiculous some of things these people will do to get attention.

I have lived in Somalia, Germany, Bosnia, Haiti and Saudi Arabia. Have also spent considerable time in Thailand. I can assure you that Americans are just as bright, and just as stupid, as everyone else in the world. One thing a lot of people don't understand is that most educated people in the world have a decent understanding of the American political system and then think Americans are ignorant when they don't understand theirs. That's because their countries are often small, relatively insignificant. If I ask a German who's the current president of the Transitional Federal Government or who's Abdullahi Yusuf he or she would have no clue. If I asked your average German who was the president of Ethiopia, you would get a blank stare. Germans know the big European leaders because that is their neighborhood. But that's it. Americans are more inward looking, but that is for cogent, geographic reasons.

Every country has their country bumpkins......I know, I've lived in Texas after living in the Northeast my whole life

But, MAD MAC has a point.

For Americans, this IS their world.........except for a few fringe elements, America is pretty much its own eco-system in terms of movies, entertainment, politics, religion etc.

America exports culture,history & influence at the moment, and the rest of the world imports it.

Somalia is currently the only country where you can't watch Hollywood movies

P.S. I remember during the Millenium celebrations, news agencies were showing different parts of the world and the parties they were having, I mean Paris, London, the Pyramids, Beijing etc........and they showed Somalia

What I like most about Somalis, besides their women of course, is how friendly they really are. They love to talk to foreigners - even has they take on airs of superiority. Everytime I am with a group of Somalis and we start talking politics, it takes about five minutes before I am being treated as a full fledged member of the group. Somalis, for all their tough talk, really are great conversationalists who love a good debate.

Yeah, if you learn Somali they will start introducing you as their cousin
