Somethings about yourself.

Post by Mowhawk »

Salaam all

Something for a change

Let me kick start. If you could answer the questions, mahadsanid, if not bye bye. Please be sincere and respectful of others.

Your earliest memory........ Mine was the marriage of an aunt where I got sick of eating too much halwa (Somali sweets) with few kids.

At School I................was a dag, enjoyed and encouraged group fights.

My first relationship outside family......was with this neighbour kid who we hang arround in their house in Saudi Arabia and wtached cartoons while his parents were out for work (not Somali) .

I dont like talking.......about what happened in their house (see below).

My parents always told me.....to follow my words with action.

I wish I can.........understand the Somali tribal rivalry.

My most humiliating moment.....while at my neighbour's, the younger boy who was 6 showed us a porn movie. I couldn't understand what they were doing, but soon after coming back to our house, I demanded from my mum to buy us the video of two adults female and male on top of each other. I thought they were doing acrobatics. Laughing The next day we moved houses. I often get reminded of this story, and it is so humiliating.Laughing

My happiest moment.......in our house in Saudi Arabia where it was like a dormitory and Somali relatives parked there anytime. It was like a communal living.

The book that changed my life.....The Holly Qura'an.

The first non-religious book I read.......not so sure, I think it was Ali Baba and the Fourty Thieves.

My first fight......as a 7 year old, beaten by twins at school.

Friends say.......I'm tight with money.

Perhaps I should have studied..........vet, or anything to do with farming.

The last big laugh I had was.....when a drunk guy politely asked me, Osama what is the time?

I often wonder......what the future holds for me and my loved ones.

The idea is not mine but heavily edited.

All yours.

Good-one Mohawk!

My first memory is in hargeesa, several teenagers came to me and gave me a bullet, they asked me to drop it in the fire, well i did and when the bullet got hot enough, boooom, it flew straight into my nieghbors house, it missed an pregnent lady by an inch, well I remember getting my ass wept by my mom and then my dad later on again by my uncle!

Another time was, when my friend killed his dad, well not on purpose ofcoarse, his father at the time was sleeping underneath his gun, curiousaty took over lil hommie started to play with it, finaly pulling the trigger, killing his dad instantly!

I also remember walking in on my neighbors while they enjoyed having sex on the couch, man that was disgusting, cus it looked so wrong, how they performing it, I had to watch so I can learn from thier mistakes, also while the guy was moaning, the lady was staring dead at the roof, probaly counting how many holes in the ceiling!

I also remeber. this older girl she had a bad crush on me, she would follow me basically everywhere, well at the time, i didnt start liking girls yet, I tried to get away from her as much as possible, can you believe one-day she hide-in my bathroom, when I took my cloths off and went in to feel the water, I see this heiffer staring dead at me, I felt voilated, which caused me to cry!, her parent found out and she paid the full
consiquences of her actions!

Your story had everything. Sex, murder and wow Bro, it should motivate LionHeart to get along with his life and quit taking psycho medicine. The man reckons he is traumatized by his childhood experiences. Laughing I can't wait to read the next instalment. Let us turn it into a novel. Laughing

Mohamed

Bro, there is nothing wrong with living with your mum, but as a single 25 year old guy, I thought I was the oldest single Somali guy out there. Laughing

Rebel

Bro, we already know snipets (little) of your Teenage years and now. A little more won hurt.

Only Basra is barred contributing to this topic, because we all know her utopian life. Laughing All other fellow humans are welcome Wink .

Lionheart

Every Somali Muslim should be proud of Sufis because they had successfully spread Islam to many corners of the globe including Somalia, and were behind the modern era of Islam when we talk of the golden years of Islam and led the advances of every field of progress to the rest of the world and conquered most of the world including Europe. Muslims are all Muslims, unless you decided to join those who are against these great Muslims and act that you are agents of Allah SWT, and delegated the rights to judge of who is a Muslim and who is not. Istakhfurallah. I'm a Muslim and respect all Muslims. What is wrong with Sufis, and how do you define a Sufi? Before you answer, take your medication, and have the decency to Respect all Muslims.

It is your kind of post, and tell us some more about your life before your psychosis. Laughing

As I said before, i have no problem with the sufis you are talking about. But rather the ones who reduced the Deen itno singing about Sheikh C/qaadir and celebrating MAWLIID. As usual, u have no idea what you are taling about.

Who is Sheikh C/qaadir and what is wrong if Muslims celebrate the birth of the Prophet pbuh? Do you declare them kaffirs? Take your chill pill before you answer.

Sis, no juicy bits about your min bio, and is heavily censored. What is a sufi? I'm no Sunni, Shia, Salafi, or any other sect, I consider myself as a Muslim.

My earliest memory:

Daaaaymmm, everytime I remember it leaves a lazy smile on my lips. I think I was five or six, I was in dugsi and wanted to wash my loox, so I went to fetch water, outside, I came across the first catfight, there were these two grown up women wrestling to the ground and one of them lost her guntiino, woooooooooooow!!!!!!!!!!!! what a load of pubic hair she had, I think she never cropped or shaved, for a minute, I was in a state of utter shock, not knowing what to make of it. I was wondering how could someone have so much hair in downtown, I thought it was some kind of sickness or maybe she was an alien or something. Later on, when I realized that it was normal to have hair there, that is when I recovered from that shock.............................

My earliest memory : When intelligent agents came to our house after midnight to arrest my grandpa. (I was 5).

Happiest moments my graduation day I was the first in the whole year, I wished if my father was with me in that moments.

Sad momery, When my father passed away last year five days before my final exams.

We Always had some how connected with others out side of our race, religion groups Â…So I donÂ’t remember when that started.

Coming from a different background(Zaidia, Sunni, Jew, Christian), I never suffered from this ailment majority muslims have, because I knew that there are multiple voices in Islam, some more rigid and some more spiritually fulfilling. I learned at very early age that Islam is not about dividing people into camps, praising one and condemning another.
