An imposter who claims the title lives in a fake capital city with a fake government of con artists.

Any tips leading to the arrest and conviction of the imposter will be well rewarded.

One of the problems in somalia is that everyone wants to become a president. The question is how many presidents can a country have?

How simple is that. You wake up in a morning and claim from today you would like to be the Somali president, call your cousins to set up a ( so-called, aka abused, press conference), few questions asked, and it is all done. You are the damn president.
