puntland president cade muse is currently on a trip to mudug and particularly galkayo, where there is some security concerns.
about the changes in the south and what effects it would have on puntland.
and galkayo being the border between puntland and the south....
security will need to be improved. police, militery will be put on high alert to defend galkayo and most of mudug settled by puntlanders from the islamic courts, who are trying to create hostilities between the people of mudug, who live peacefully amongst each other.
the president cade muse and high militery officials agreed that galkayo is the most important part of puntlands security since anything or everything going to puntland comes through galkayo first.
and at the moment theres tention in the south of galkayo, as the courts are planning to open offices in the south of galkayo...which puntland will never allow.

The Sitaution is heating up. There were demonstrations in commercial capital of the South Mudug Administration, Galkacyo. Residents are upset at the UIC's moves to head to Galkacyo.

I wish I had gone to Galkacyo to participate in the South Mudug Conference. i'd love to help cap a wadad.
