Do you guys consider mixed race Somalis whose mother side is Somali and father side is none Somali, Somali?

Ceel gaabo they are more Somali than those whose father is Somali
with foreigner mother

Those with Somali mother talk perfect Somali and know the Somali tradition
and they dont care about qabiil couse they have none Somali clan

They are Somalis gentically, but identity wise they are whatever their fathers is.
