i worked out yesterday
wake up today n my muscles KILL i cant go down the stairs its too pain ful to move Crying or Very sad

It's natural it means you've worked out HARD and GOOD I used be a fitniss FREAK but now and days I turned out to be lazy but I still have a athletic body but man needs to HITT the GYM again Very Happy
