This city is cool and there are things that make it cool: people; buildings and, well people.

The most memorable image of my stay is this: dancing to a live jaunty jazz band performing for a wacky wedding couple near Times Square. The music was great; the bride and groom fun; the partygoers interesting but the look in my son's eyes realisng dad can dance almost dance `old cool' was absolutely priceless as the advert says.

You will never see that in London.
