Not to be punctilious, but I thought it Somali ettiquete forbids for a man to describe the doings and happenings of your own matrimonial bed and the way you sport with your spouse.

And Axmediya after some careful research is merely a dariiqa that is well within the orthodoxy of the Shaafici Sunni School, distinct from the heretical Axmadis of Pakistan.

XPlaya is correct in this instance and Saalixiya is an offshoot of the Axmediya(although he is ignorant and stupid, he is right, but then even a broken clock is right twice a day lol)

Axmediya was founded by Sayid Axmed ibn idriis al Faasi in Mecca. An offshoot of this Dariiqa was founded by Sayid Maxamed Saalix in Mecca. Saalixiya was brought to Somalian in the 1890s by Sheekh Ismaaciil Sheekh Isaaq, a dhulbahante cleric who died in 1935. Its most famous adherent was Sayid Maxamed Cabdille Xassan.

Saalixiya adherents among the Isaaq are mostly Habar Yoonis, Muuse Carre and Muuse Ismaaciil and Celi Siciid. The Bulk of the Northern Saalixiya comes from Warsangeli, the majority of theDhulbahante and most of the Habar Jeclo

Thats true, I remember a story I was told by my father who talked about Samatar Baxnaan awoowgay abtigiis run ah, Baxnaan said "Caasho iyo Xaawo naas mey wada nuugin" Caasho was his first wife he married from us and then he married her sister which was custom in those days, my great grandfather replied in a gabay basically saying we married your sister and cousins but we don't talk about their down falls, Baxnaan later replied and said "Xaajoow hadaadba soo hadal qaaday ***** Sii'arag waadba qaawisay inanteena, mana kala duwanin"
So its not wise to speak of the women you marry from other families.

You are correct in the general sense but Samatar's offense was not analogous in any sense to Xaarplaya's outrageous faux pax.

Samatar received the Hand of Cibaado Xaaji Cismaan's sister in levirate marriage and in controversial circumstances(other men were more suitably situated as relatives to her dead husband and thus should have married her). But Samatar being the powerful alpha male he was, he carried her off and made her his woman, mainly on the reputation of her sister, who was known as gaari dumar, beautiful, kind to her inlaws and ran a good household. But the sister did not live up to the great name of her sister and Samatar gave voice to his disappointmen. Big mistake.

Somebody lied to you it was only one Muxumed Adan that replied to Baxnaan, it was his brother in law.
Baxnaan married Cibaado's sister because thats how it was done, who do you think Baxnaans brother in law married after his wife died?
After they had a couple of talks Baxnaan never made any poems, that was the last actual poem Baxnaan made, you can go through all the history archives you want.

How can only one man reply to him when i wrote two poems composed by two different Muuse Carre gabyaa related to the lady. And you bring a third one. That makes it 3 poems at least. Unless you are accusing me of making up the poems.


Samatar was also attacked in poems by other Dhulbahante lineages who found a big stick to beat him with.
