A polish guy gave me an access number which I can call from my home between 6pm and 8am at the cost of only 3p a minute to places in Africa.

But I lost the goddamn paper I noted down with. Does anybody know cos it was 0845 xxxxx.

you sure tht right its not local rate its not 0845

When I dialled the number, the announcement confirmed what the guy said. But as soon as I dialled Erigavo, it came back with a message saying this number will cost you 50p/minute.

I gues its only usefull for dialling arounf Europe, America and Australia.
