Just as SL, they may not have total control of habashi somalis i.e the butulaandhers. But in a bid to thwart the dangerous habashi policies of ethnic federalism based upon the creation of a new history for some people.

To safe ICU skin, SL will temporarily recognise the ICU as the sole rulers of the South and in return they will pay the same respect. They will be given all the support they need to legitimise their rule over Zoomalians including those now in Baydhabo.

Otherwise, recognision for the ICU will be very difficult if they just stay in those regions surrounding Banadir.

Isaaq has already declared were they stood in 91, and want to have nothing to do with Zoomalia. However, the Darod are another case.

Just as you have heard of the Butulaan president warning of "southerners" not to tresspass into batulaan. Tell us the common things you have between urselves?

Some ppl just need to be a lil braver like the Isaaq to face reality and stay a ground.
