If youve watched syriana he was the guy who played the prince.
and if you are a start trek fan , he was the doctor Julien bashir.

I thought he was lebanese or something/british
turns out he is half Sudanese half british.
and is related to saadeq al Mahdi the sudanese Prime minsiter

I think he is a mediocre-good actor, but I somehow knew he had some Arab/Muslim boold because of his name.

Back from the days of Capt. Jean Luc Piccard. Smile

never got into Star Trek, but he was one of the better actors in Syriana......at least he spoke decent Arabic.

I guess the tan & the beard really worked to improve his Khaleeji look.

I like when he told his dad that his brother was barely qualified to run a brothel.

Picard is from the next generation, bashir is from deep space nine
differant series altogether.

and Gedo

Hes the only one who spoke arabic in the movie becuase he was the only arab, the other prince was played by a pakistani.

I know sxb, I got it from your first reply lool...I also seen several episodes of the deep space nine.

I also watched Syriana and how they portrayed Arab and muslim leaders wich I think is ecaxtly correct.

yeah it was too close to reality.

thats why even though it was filmed in Dubai,
the censor board too weeks to clear it.
they even thought about banning it, but gave in.

He is one hot Sudani guy. At least in Syriana the intense prince was very attractive. In Star trek he looked wierd and ugly! The tricks Hollywood plays on us.
