WHY ARE YOU AGAINST THE ISLAMIC COURTS?
For the first time in a long, long time (15 years to be exact), Somalis are experiecing some sort of stability thanks to the courts and on Snet i see people cursing and awaiting their downfall. Some people like Galol and Ciilmiile are kufaars who are naturally against Islam, while others like Absame and Homer hate the courts for tribal reasons. I want to know if there are other reasons why people don't like them?
Disclaimer: Although, i support the UIC, i'm neither a hutu nor a Somali. Just a Muslim who wants peace for his brothers in Somalia.

I am for it --because its better than Moryaan Regime!
Yet i am against it --because it might limit the movements, capability of Somali women who are the main bread provider of the family. So i am kinda 50/50 --but still---we will see how things shapes up. However, i am also sorry because this could mean the death of Qabilism--& how will Somalia or Somalis be without qabil? I say i will die with dullness.

Dont be naive or should i say--blinded by your desire to have a former peaceful Somalia.Somalia would never be the same way--mister---i know as a darood person-- u miss the Barre days--but it wont work. You know that these acquaan men shudder from the sight of women around them--in the day light -right?(Except their wives in the bedroom-- then they turn into acquaan freaks)
They will confine the women to their homes & not be able to move around by themselves. Sit in the market & do their business. This limitation is intended to avoid 'tempting men' which comes back to--yes -its all about the 'men'---the Taliban formula---Women not to be seen or heard.

Basra-I have a university degree. I don't need to be at a community college. But u don't need a degree to know that women belong in the home. All the american women i work wish they could stay at home with their kids and not be in a relationship that depended on their salary. Look, a lot of women romanticize the notion of working because they see in fims or on tv but in reality women would rather be with their kids and chit-chatting with other heiffers instead of working 9-5.
It's the man's job to provide for the family and women's role to take that money and take care of the family.
