Why are most Somali men mostly Skinny and the Women twice as Big.... Does the myth Amazon women come to mind? Or is it just a food versus Qaat Issue!
Please make me understand the causes of this Phenomenon

Most somali men are not skinny, and nost somali women are not fat.

Not all Somalimen are skinny, and not all Somaliwomen are fat. Statistics show only 9% of Somali women are overweight.

where did u get them facts from..... more like 59% of somali women over the age of 20 are over FAT or should i say overweight

read this report by the University of Minnesota. it states that!!

''More than 60 percent of Americans aged 20 years and older are overweight. One-quarter of American adults are also obese, putting them at increased health risk for chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, and some forms of cancer. What about Somalis, are the numbers similar? Although there is no clinical evidence conducted on Somalis, my observation is that, 80-90% of Somali women are either overweight or obese while 20-30% of Somali men are either obese or overweight. This high numbers can be contributed to cultural believes. Culturally, Somalis associated being overweight as doing well or being wealthy''.

I don't know what kinda people, do you guys meet. But the ones I know are not fat. Especially the females.

Looks hala yaabina, she lives in Europe. Let me tell you something sister...I think there is something in the water over there. Most of the Somali guys there look like inay shalay diyaarada ka soo degeen. Freshies iyo flight thriteen.....and they could be there for like 10 years...still they look like qaxonti. Skinny, and not very good looking.
I was watching my cousins wedding in London, and let's just say...
Walaahi, sometimes I feel bad for the girls there. Sad

I agree with u (kind off). Their body change after the first baby. I belive that they became fatter after each child (birth) they start by 55 kg after 5 kids, they'll reach up to 80kg or more. Most women go throw that but it's a bit exsta for somaliz couz of drinking alot of tee/milk/sugar. lol.
