fasting is easy, for other distraction, just dont watch TV during the fast
as for sex do what i do.
dump who ever you are seeing a couple of weeks before ramadan,
or better yet, tell them you are on vacation.

why think about sex during fatsing? there is alot to do, pick the qur'an and read, do tasbiix, go to work, visit the sick, relatives, buy your family gifts and acquire more ajar in the process
