IF the Islamists were smart, they would recognize that Kismayu must be governed by Darood, wikthdraw their militia, and incorporate Hiraale into the government as regional governor. That would be an excellent first step towards consolidation and reconciliation. But Awey and crew don't want to do that, because they want the power all for themselves.
