Not hawiye just the wadaads. Or are they Hawiye now all of a sudden? Subxana Muqayyiril Axwal!
And that was not a prayer; prayers are for the weak and we isaqs dont pray till the doctor confirms imminent death.
That is called Gubabo.

Galol, God Speed !
I was trying to trap you into the simple qabiil categories.
The TFG better win because there is NO going back. Its the beginning or end of the TFG on this road.
Surria, we are intellectuals but also have the right for political discourse.
If Galol or I were in charge of our respective qabiils, we could do a better job.
Pragmatic leadership is missing in Somalia.

What intellectuals? Where do these creatures live?

All IÂ’m saying is that during siyad barre's time there were many young western educated intellectuals who came back with socialist ideas. The wadaads have ideologically won the people; you can't go against religious people. But they need to be challenged by a great idea. Abdullahi Yusuf needs the help of a great propaganda machine, spin doctors if you will.

If they win every battle they will feel invincible and lose all sense of proprtion or compromise. The fact they are not unleashing a full metal jacket of Wahabbist oppression is because they know they have competition for the people's hearts and minds and people's loyalty.
If they win they will do a Wahabbist version of Rambo.

looooooooooooooooool.

Good point. They won over people because they are the only show in town intellectually speaking. Afterall what alternative ideas do somalis know except qabill to compete with Religioisty? But right now they need a good cold shower to sober them up. A slap at Bur Hakaba that knocks them sideways but not knocks them out might just be what the doctor ordered.

Galol the problem you see is that the TFG is already as good as dead,
and cabdullahi yusuf is today irrelevant to somali politics.
If you want the UIC to go down, just hope that they will implode on thier own.
any attempts by the TFG to do anything millitary will lead to increased support for the UIC, this is because the TFG has no millitary muscle to speak of and any agressive deployment will be aided and directed by xabashi troops.
The UIC has already won the south, becuase of the xabashis
its over.
