What Will Collapse the UIC

There is a huge elephant in the room yet the UIC close their eyes:
BANADIR's ADMINISTRATION
The UIC have not built an administration for the region and for Xamar. They have yet to tackle the biggest issue plaguing the capital: a comprehensive, accepted administration.
The current Mayor is Gaboow, ABgaal. He was a UIC supporter until the UIC Cayr Faction decided to push him out of the way to replace him with an Cayr, Totoow.
Its been over 6 months since the Isbaheysiga left town yet the UIC have failed to tackle the one issue which will open up the pandora's box of tribal conflict: who will control the administration of Banadir.
The elephant is in the room.

Moqadishu is the only place in somalia where a specific clan could not rule over, because it full of everyone.

Ashlee, the failure to create a strong, united Banadir administration will ensure the division of Xamar and potential clashes.
Mayor Cadde Gabbow is still upset with the UIC Cayr for calling the Abgaal and Murusades; "Dameer & Eey"

one of the few reasons, i support the uic is that somalis can express their opnions together with the leaders of the uic, this week somalis in and outside of somalia were asking q's ore advice to the uic, including what aw has posted

This is nothing. The banadir institutions are already in place, the final step is not going to be rushed because this region is very important as the heart land of the UIC. Cadde Gaabow is actually liked by the UIC leaders, the reason why he canÂ’t remain as governor is because he was named by the fake government which might upset the UIC supporters. Anyway, the courts donÂ’t work under some clanist constitution and are not restricted by clan having said that there are many qualified or should I say more qualified AbgaalÂ…Muqdisho born stern UIC supporters that can fulfil this role. Muqdisho is running smoothly as it is and any future administration is going to be symbolic than anything else. The administration needs the foundation which is being structured as we speak. The leader is nothing on his own as Gaabow demonstrated and the leader will be replaced when his time is up and will be accountable like all the other UIC regional leaders.

Hmmm....
Eyes, So I speculate totoow would be a better alternative than Cadde Gabow. Regardless, the Abgaal will not tolerate an nonAbgaal one.
If the UIC can not build an adminstration in the next 3 months, they will go the way of the USC in 1991.

The ICU will collapse when H.E Mudane Abdullahi Yusuf r.a is out of the picture. He, not religion is the glue the holds the alliance together.
ICU should be praying for Abdullahi Yusuf's longevity.

Niya, I agree with you 100%. The UIC don't have a common philosophy beyond the qabiil coalition.
Once Abdullahi is out, they will start to eye each other
