ARE CADDE MUSE AND DAHIR RIYALE WARLORDS????

I believe they are warlords.
Their System is qabiil based. They get their legitimacy from clanism.
They rule small turfs at war with every other somali region.
If Muse Sudi pacified karan, he still remains a warlord.The same applies to Cadde Musse...I think the boy is losing it because of wel wel from maxkamaha.
To get off the warlord list, you must come up with a system that is ideology based, not qabiil.
You must be able to appeal to somalis accross clan fault line.
99% of somaliland supporters are Issaq, even though Dahir Riyale is not Issaq.

Just reading what Lafo wrote there. IÂ’m convinced they are both qabiil driven warlords.
But in all fairness Riyaale is not half as bad as the bacaac muse that brought Ethiopian troops to Puntland...besides his drinking habits but at least he is not as bad a drunk as Buubaa.

WooW, "maxkamdaha" have no clan lines. Last time I checked there was even one Gaal Jecel maxkamad.
