the first tank was lucky, it crossed safely, but the 2 tank got ripped apart. Iraqis are using old-style tactic, laying down dem mines.

Do you remember when that suicide bomber detonated himself next to a GI who was handing out candy to a group of Children? About 20 kids died in that attack. The insurgents and Al Qaeda just don't care. They couldn't care less how many Iraqi civilians die.

^^look up at what happened to the Canadian soldiers handing out candies to kids in Afghanistan. A suicide bomber -- who could've waited until the soldiers got away from the children -- blew himself up. Killing scores of kids. And you still think they're doing holy jihad right?

You must have missed it. The tank was ours, the other light vehicles traveling in the opposite direction were not. Those vehicles were unarmored and the occupants were likely gravely injured or killed. The tank protected the American crew from overpressure and shrapnel, those there were likely broken bones as a result.
