How do you get a relative to move out?

i have this relative whos being at my house way too long...
this person is getting 2 my face 2 much...
and has over stayed his welcome...
but how do i tell him to get out...
when we first let him stay we thought it'll only be a week or 2.
but he doesnt know where to go since his a illegal immigrant.
but i dont care his eating too much of my food and taking to much of my space..
he finishs all the drinks...turns the light on when ever he wants without any regards to the fact the electricy bill has sky rocketed since his moved in, not to mention the gas/ electric, water and phone bill.
am thinking of kicking him out anytime soon....
but i think when i go to somalia i will not be welcomed by my ayeyo who will be very upset with me for kicking out my second cousing in need.

What would you do?

Find him a job or tell him to look for one...if he doesnt want to..then be direct and give him a month or two to find a place.
