Somalis expelled from Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.

A famous kenyan politician once said, "we don't care if somalis come in large numbers to our country and take over our economy. In the end, all that they have worked hard to build will be in our hands".
This hasnt happened really but it can remember what Yidiyameen the ex military dictator of uganda who died in riyad did to the asians aka indians in the 1970s.
He expelled them from his country and took away their businesses, properties, and houses and even killed some, forcing them to be refugees in UK etc and some went back to india.

You think it wouldnt happen nothing surprises me these days and it shouldnt surprise you. All am saying is somalis should invest in their own country instead of investing in europe, africa, asia , middle east or america ok, because everyone should create jobs for their people instead of thinking about themselves making a profit and being selfish. And that africa is a corrupt place and your business is not safe like it can be in other continents.

They cant expel Somalis. I mean, who is going to employ all those maids? Who is going to sell cheap clothes from china? Surely not the Asians and definitely not the nativesÂ…..the somalis were happy to charge less since they had other businesses in trading outside their stores. Who is going to pay their corrupt and poor civil servants? Who is going to rent and buy their houses? Who is going to operate the number 9 buss route to Eastleigh? Who is going to deposit money in their bank accounts? They need Somalis and the indirect benefits Somalis bring to their economies. Uganda is still recovering from the mess Idi Maiin did by expelling the Asians. They need Somalis and people learn from their mistakes. At least I hope they do.
