End Needless Deaths on Our Roadways, a doctor-led advocacy group, has released its annual list of the 15 deadliest states for impaired driving. The “Fatal Fifteen” are states (and Washington, D.C.) in which 41 percent or more of all traffic fatalities are alcohol-related.
1. Washington, D.C.: 54.17%
2. Hawaii: 50.71%
