Forget Egypt u stupid Zoomalian, think of places with opportunities instead of paying attension to brochures.

Our family is trying to expand now to one African country which has sun, sea and OIL. These bantus currently have their eyes set on somewhere else, which is where we come in to exploit them.

Life is also cheap. We had another garage built for a 4x4 only to cost us $1200. And the best of all, this country was a British colony, so their administration is professional i.e every guy working as a contaractor during the building of our house had another man watching over him for security reasons.

Luckey, are you serious woman, Cairo 27 ks Laughing Cairo is on of the most crowded places on earth after Mexico city. It been like that always , Shiqa and Laxam (Meat and apartments ) are the 2 most sought after things in egypt, in fact you have to find a place before you find a woman and even think about marriage in Egypt.

Dude,
Try Thailand in Isaan. Property ownership is a little tricky, but you can have a two bedroom bungalow built in Nakhon Phanom, which is a nice little city, for 25,000 USD. And the area is beautiful.

My dad was about to buy a property in Egypt this year but he bought one in Ajman U.A.E, it not finished yet tho. People convinced him not to invest in property in Egypt.
