Only pacifist fools would object to the use of force against your opponent, even though it seems war in the way you put does not work (see, the Iraqi conflict, how much it is costing the Yanks, both in monetary terms and human lives), one has to fight if you dont have any other mean.

The upcoming battle between Tigray's forces and us is a good example, they are occupying our land and it seems we cant convince them to leave us alone.

Against your opponent is a very vague term. And the use of force is also vague. There are different notions about application of force.

The Palestinians, for example, used force against their opponents and look where it got them? They are screwed as it is easy for the Israelis to justify more and more extreme measures against them. The kind of force that might have worked for the Palestinians was non-violent resistance.

Also, what if my opponent is just a political one with a different version of how things should be run? A great many Muslims see no problem using force against these opponents either. Dangerous notion.
