The Scariest Experience Ever!!!

Earlier I woke up from a 3 hour nap , and I couldn't move or talk, but surprisingly, I was aware of my surroundings and being aware that I was awake, I could hear sounds, voices, etc, but totally unable to move any of my limbs, except my eyes. I could even hear my Ant loudly talking on the phone downstairs, I tried to scream and shout, but nothing, I could hardly even breathe. I was just lying there totally paralyzed. It lasted for about 20 to 30 seconds Thank God, but lemme tell ya it was a frightening and scary feeling.
I told a friend of mine what happened, and she thought I was on drugs, Allah islaanta xaasidsana......Qasaaro.
Has anyone here experienced something like this?
I'm freaking out hada, should I see a doctor? I'm this close inaan maryaha dhigto.

I wouldn't panic, but I would DEF recommend speaking to your physician about it.

Nabz,
Horta maryaha ha dhiganin, I can't bear those wonderful things being eyeballed by every mathafakka in the neighborhood.
If there was anything (Not necessarily drugs) that you used frequently and you stopped all of a sudden, it could inject minute interruption in your blood flow to the brain and cause microscopic clots that could generate hallucinations, (Khat addicts call it Dubaab) it ain't a big deal it will go away, don't fret

Mike I will.
Samatar, definitely it wasn't a nightmare, I had nightmares before, and this was a lot more serious than a simple nightmare.
