DISTURBING TREND on Somali Websites

Visiting Somali websites is now becoming a disturbing affair:

I was on Dayniile.com when i saw pictures of grossly deformed people who are in need of help. The pics caught me by surprise and I lost my appetite for breakfast.

So do you think that displaying pics of deformed/injured folks so prominent on a website & raising money from them like that is okay ? Or should their be a special section, with the graphic pics so only people who can stomach it can go and check it out ?
