What???...ICU better clear this up or....
the alleged Al-kaadi link maybe true...
Does anyone know if the ICU has threatened to resort to the use of suicide bombing? According to this Globe and Mail article that qoutes an ICU official, sounds to be true, though i don't believe it for a sec. This does not sound like the way of Somali fighting. Probably another one of those al-kaadiÂ’s false claim that they are involved in Somali conflicts.
Anyways here is the quote from the globe and mail on such reporting.
“Our snakes of defence were let loose, now they are ready to bite the enemy everywhere in Somalia,” said Sheik Mohamoud Ibrahim Suley. He did not elaborate, but some Islamic leaders have threatened a guerrilla war including suicide bombings in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia's capital

"So far seven technicals were left in Diinsoor for mechanical problems."
Lacag
The show is almost over...let everyone including your immagination go home peacefully.
The ICU was a phenomena that lasted as long as it did, the did good things, perhaps, amazing for the people, but they made huge mistakes and miscalculations...so now for the sake of all somalis lets work together for the amelioration of a situation bad turned worse.

So?
So?
zulaika, although admired your curiosity I assume you are well versed to understand that propaganda is a weapon of war by itself, and the assertion that the ICU is a terrorist fringe and offshoot of Al Qaeda is nothing but a lie, design to provide the pretext to canvas western political and military support for the action of Ethiopia and its political prostitutes the likes of who is A/Y and M. Gedi, whose political political farce by the name of TFG has been confined to Baidoa.

what do u mean so? the alleged al-kaadi link has yet to be proven. and my premise was to simply not give way to rhetoric of hearsay, which is a stable in US foreign policy..and now as it appears to have been adopted by injereey xabashi.

I do see the "real pic", laakin I am simply pointing out that the ICU might be inadvertently painting on that "western political canvas" as well, and that they need to step up on the PR front to address this blunder that appears to be happening from within.

I'm saying even if true, so what? Our land is occupied by Xabashi, so presence of foriegners is not legit concern.

Look, ethiopians are IN somalia maiming and looting as we speak. How is Al-quida presence any different. Just state the reasons, I'd like to hear them.

Surely, you're better than this... you seem to have fallen for the Ethiopian official line. Hook line and sinker! Not a single "foreign Jihadist" invaded Ethiopia or threatened ethiopia's security. Any talk of foreign jihadist presense in Somalia in such capacity to force Ethiopia to undertake full scale invasion of Somalia is pure malarky. Fact remains, Ethiopias invasion of Somalia is illegal by all applicable international laws and without valid justification. The only rational explanation for their intervention is to foist on mistrustful and friticidal somalis a puppet government that does it's bidding.

That's an indirect way of saying to Ethiopia GET OUT. Ethiopia is leading member of AU and the current seat of AU is in Adis Ababa I believe. And to compare the possible presense of handful of jihadist to Ethiopian military with tanks, soldiers and their airforce is to equivocate.
