Help Me Out....Consumer Rights....!

I Just bought this MP3 player from a reputable dealer....and the MP3 itself was missing from the box, everything else was there. I suspect foul play in the factory, but as I have opened the box, there is no way of proving that I didnt just steal it and ask for a new one. I dont know what to do, I spent almost £200 on it and dont like the idea of losing that much money. Does any one here know what my legal rights are?

my question is WHY buy an mp3 if u can buy a new cute red or pink color IPOD???? seriously---u could have gotten a nice revelon red color ipod with that 200 pound which is like 400 us dollars! What a qasaaro hede-- maaskiin .....I laugh at YOU.......nlot with you!

They wont because they have to then repackage them and wont do that because of one suspected thief

I guess Ill just have to open every box from now on, what a waste of time and money though.

Basra, I have an Ipod, but I dont like it because everyone has the exact same one, how lame, I hate feeling like a sheep nooh.
