Geida announced the war will continue until its forces, supported by Ethiopian army, expel or capture those described as international terrorists.

Somalis need to learn the Jihad of feeding themselves, cleaning the trash off their streets, and Insha'Allah advancing to the 'Art' of building a sewage system.
I haven't seen Al-Qaeda build schools, clothe orphans, or take care of widows.
So as far as I'm concerned, they don't ask our input when they want to wage attacks on civilians, and they don't help us take care of ourselves.
So, it's their fight.

You don't 'Fight Jihad' until you take care of your own house and your actions are a proof for you.

If a kaafir army attacks and occupies a muslim country, jihad becomes waajib for everyone in area, to those who are young and healthy and also those who are old. Even a woman doesn't need to ask permission from her husband to go out and fight. Major war is over but still there are lot of ways to resist.
It's 100% true what you said, those things should be focused on in a normal situation, but in a war, waging jihad topples every thing and still there isn't any peace plan.
Wallaahi if I was in Somalia now, I'd be very afraid that I'd go to hell if I didn't try to fight the new president Zenawi and his somali prostitutes.
