Are there other Somali tribes besides Issa and Isaaq? Are Issa the major tribe there (population wise)?

The Republic of Djibouti is ethnically diverse, due to its strategic location at the crossroads of trade and commerce. Its population consists of 652,000 citizens. Sixty percent are Somali, thirty-five percent are Afar, and French, Arab, and other minorities make up the remaining five percent. The use of khat is widespread, to the extent that Djibouti has been called the world's first futuristic "narco-state," a la Brave New World Very Happy

It is highly unlikely that all the wh0res in Jabuuti are Daarood or reer Koonfur. But even if that were true, two things remain:

That all Jabuutiyan fathers are cool with their daughters having boyfriends, even French Foreign Legion Boy friends. Are all the Jabuuti people Daarood?

And that there is so much prostitution and pimping going on in Jabuuti.

Stuff like that doesnt happen in Daarood majority towns. Trust me.

I know the place. I went to visit a friend of mine who was the ambassador there one time. a Reer Dalal Diini man.

Back then I was hardline sheekh so I was very shocked at the debauchery taking place in this supposedly muslim country.
