Relief from Constipation.

I've been constipated for approximally three days now, I've tryed everything from pepto bismol to home made remedies and caplets, Nothing seems to work, I went to the hispitol and they give me this thing where you place it in a not so comfortable part of body, I instantly refused it, in exchange I've got more pills that unfortunately don't take effect right away, Their has to be something out there that can relieve me of this pain in my abdom.
