...and i made you a list of workout songs you might like. this is a SAMPLE from my ipod, i can't obviously write down all of the songs, that'll take me hours man, but i was bored and i wrote you down some. i guess anyone that works out can use this list, or add your songs to it. it would be better that way.

Besides, What is wrong with somali guys who work out horta? What is wrong with staying slim the somali way? I hate muscles.

Well, I have access to a gym here and pay a visit few times a month. I run on the treadmill and pick up some 20k weights. I also go there when I need to blow some steam and feel frustrated Laughing

Cherokee and Karkaar, People exercise for health reasons which I agree with, but some males who go to the gym go there to get six packs to show on camera later on to clueless chicks online who only care about big hands that hold them and big muscles they can enjoy looking at as they say. I hate to shape my body to a woman's liking. I look good as I am and only muscles I have are the ones toned from my soccer games Very Happy

Ina Baxar, I wanted to know what made you think I was Ceyr. For instance, you could have confused my support for the ICU with clan loyalty, or may be not. I was curious. You could have picked any other clan among the hawiye subclans instead you mentioned Ceyr. That is why. I am Sacad.
