Person behind the closure of Al-Barakat
Is this true?
2001 Warlord Hussein Mohammed Aidid advised Pres. Bush that Al Barakaat, a money transfer and telecom company, had ties to terrorists and that there were terrorists in Somalia sympathetic to Osama bin Laden.
(SSFC, 1/6/02, p.A7)
didnt his father do worst things like killing thousands of innocent somalis and starving them to death.
this one has a big mouth, but atleast you dont see him commiting genocide against innocent people.
Like Father, Like Son. But it seems like the father is much worse then his son in this case.

First of all I donÂ’t know what you mean by cad cad. I assuemed you were referring to gibil cad reer xamar. I asked because I would have heard it from my gibil cad relatives if that actually happened. I am interested in knowing more about it if you have more information.
Ceydiid as far as I know targeted the former regime including those from his clan. Then it was the majeerteen when they betrayed him and started fighting for Barre. Then it was habargidir v abgaal. After that he was no longer in control after the war with the US and the habagidir and xawaadle war started.
I donÂ’t know how the cad cad as you call them were massacred by ceydiid sr and surely if thousands were massacred, those from that clan would have mentioned it. I know many of them were subjected to insecurity and lootings but murders (thousands?) ordered by ceydiid? That sounds farfetched to me but IÂ’m interested in knowing more.
