AUCTIONS: Ever bought anything at one ?

I have bought several cars from auction and had my cousin fix them up at the shop and used to sell them.

The car I drive was bought at an auction. Its hasn't given me any problems and I fixed the 4 bullet holes for only $200.

Anyone bought a house at auction ?

depends on where the location is.

In places like Boston, house values rose over 300% in 10 years.

In places like Detriot, house values rose only 30%.

wow Boston seems like London, My father bought 2 properties in the late 80s at a very cheap prices, he sold them 2 years ago an bought several others properties. One of them was sold for 12 times more then its historic cost.

U can never go wrong with property. I bought my first place at age 18 with a downpayment from my parents. I lived in it until I graduated from university and it appreciated a lot so that I took a home equity line of credit to pay off my student loans.

The property market in London is booming at the moment, All the somaliz just realized that and you see somaliz starting to buy all the council houses...

Why is there so many somalis buying houses in the Middle east now days? specially United Arab emirates.....

I know seems like every mother is buying a house, There are more somali women buying a house there than somali men.

But most of them are buying apparments

somali woman spend all their ceyr money on hagbaad or ayaato and build houses in somalia now the idea is buy houses from middle east and move there for several years and then move back.
i got loads family doing that ....

Highclass, that is so true, they are the ones who buying all the apartments in Uk and The Middle East, My Aunt just bought a 4 bedrom apartment in east london, and soon she is planning to buy a house in the Out skirts of Dubai...
