I lost like 25 pounds since the summer.........I'm trying to gain back douple in short period of time healthy way, any advise?

Not necessarly healthy food......................but healthy way of gaining fast, I dont wanna overload on just mc donalds and shid.

Qaarxiye,

It all depends on what kinda weight you wanna gain. If you want to just put on some weight, then eat a lot of carbohydrates (french fries, pasta, bread, etc.) and junk food. If you want to gain lean muscle, then eat proteins (white meat like fish, chicken, beans, peas, nuts, etc).

The trick to gaining weight is to consume more calories than you spend on a daily basis. For a young male, recommended calorie intake is between 2000-2400 depending on activity & metabolism. If you consume more than 3000 calories a day, you'll most likely gain weight, just make sure you avoid fatty foods & fried foods.

I havent lifted for a while........it's easy for me to put on weight, but I dont wanna gain more fat cus it's harder to turn it into muscles, but thanx for the protein advise. I once gained weight from just eating pure peanut butter no bread. Laughing

Yeah, protein diets are all the rage these days, in Somalia it used to be Cad & Caano which is a protein diet in a way, reer baadiyaheena knew what these gringoz are just discovering now.... Laughing Laughing
