The other day I was reading a memo (bayaan) from Ugaaska Ceyr in which he said that he needs to be consulted about anything related to Ceyr and he alone will make decisions related to the ceyr after consultation with the members of the clan. So where does the above stand if it is true at all?

They know the TFG will fail.

However, The facts on the ground thus far:

1. Abdiqasim' government failed because of hawiye warlords

2. ICU failed, and would have failed even without foreing intervention for its agressive tactics against other peacful regions

3. Hawiye have shown an inability to have a consensus among themselves and elect 1 man as their leader.

4. TFG is internationally recognized

Hawiye need a reconcilation among themselves first, before they can agree on Ceyr or any other hawiye to lead.
