Costa in boosaaso your neighbours depend on what area you live, if live in wealthy areas then your neighbours will be rich people from all over somalia not necessarily rer bari...i lived there for a couple months my neighbours were isaaq, dhuloz, warsans, haawiyes, and mjs...
