<------why is it saying offline even though I'm online

Plus How come when I click a link--somalinet page changes into the link!
do u understanding the word that is coming out of my mouth?
I said --when I click a link on a thread --my thread changes into the link page.
they use to be a separate pop-page for links!
answer me--are u saving pages?
