Salam Aleikum
Hope you can post some hadiths or Quran in this topic, as muslims we should share what we know about the Deen, what Allah swt says, what the prophet pbuh teached, this will increase our knowledge but most importantly its our duty.


Narrated Abu Umamah:


The Prophet (peace be upon him) said:


I guarantee a house in the surroundings of Paradise for


1) a man who avoids quarrelling even if he were in the right,

2) a house in the middle of Paradise for a man who avoids lying even if he were joking, and

3) a house in the upper part of Paradise for a man who made his character good.

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

A group of three men came to the houses of the wives of the Prophet asking how the Prophet worshipped (Allah), and when they were informed about that, they considered their worship insufficient and said, "Where are we from the Prophet as his past and future sins have been forgiven." Then one of them said, "I will offer the prayer throughout the night forever." The other said, "I will fast throughout the year and will not break my fast." The third said, "I will keep away from the women and will not marry forever." Allah's Apostle came to them and said, "Are you the same people who said so-and-so? By Allah, I am more submissive to Allah and more afraid of Him than you; yet I fast and break my fast, I do sleep and I also marry women. So he who does not follow my tradition in religion, is not from me (not one of my followers)."

Alekum salam sis, may Allah swt guide us to the right path and keep us in that state till our death Ameen.

There is one thing that i dont get, I see many sisters wear the palestine scarf, now that scarf is regarded as being for men, sister shouldnt be wearing it.

Abu Hurayrah said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed the man who wears women’s clothes, and the woman who wears men’s clothes.”

subxanallah thats right sis, and that hadith triggered me into observing hijab alhamduliah.
yeah, i heard that there will come a time when islam will become a fashion staement<<<dnt no exact words.

A fashion statement? Havent heard that, I know though that the prophet pbuh said Islam started as something strange and it will return as being strange.

THEN AGAIN...
Strangers have the glad tidings of the Prophet (saw):
"Tuba [the tree in Paradise] is for the Strangers"
Tuba is the name of a tree in Paradise. Hence the Prophet (saw) was giving the glad tidings of Paradise to the strangers.
(2) Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah and numerous others. It is hasan due to its supporting evidences.
