depressed cousin anyone who can help?

my cousin has become depressed since last year when he lost his diary book. he had had it since he was 10 year old. it was part of his life.

after that incident he become depressed . he eats and sleeps scarcely. no medicine and consultant could relieve his suffering.


we tried even to shift his attention from the los of his diary book by taking him to entertainment events but to futile.


please help us if u ever made through such expierence.

First of all what kinda dude keeps a diary book?

2, must've been something focked up writen on that sh.it like him being 'gay' perhaps? Help your cousins to come out of the closet, that might be just what he needs ..

Instead of accusing him of being gay, why not include much more fruit and fish in the diet, cheerfullly force him to wake up early, take him for walks in the sun, and other such activities.

this is tough. maybe all he needs is to listen to him n be there for him. dont feel sorry for him, people dont like that. tell him you are there if he needs you. you may give him a dairy as a gift.
