Saving the life of someone could be haram with an organ donation?

I donated all my organs for the day I die and I'm proud of it. Actually, Spain in the Country No. 1 in organ donations in all the world. We are very sensitive to this.

Zulaika..Its not xaraam as long as the organ is not sold or purchased by the needy.

Even if it is sold or purchased from the needy it is not haram. Mohammed never mentioned organ donation in any form, therefore it is Makruh by definition.
