And Borame is definitely not bigger than Bosaso (the Boston of East Africa), the Bosaso we all knew as a town with 50,000 inhabitants has transformed thanks to our stupid little civil war that turned out to be not so stupid after all...I mean look at Bosaso today day:

When the civil war broke out the Majerteens and other Daarood family started migrating back to their "ancestral" homelands, which in turn helped forever transform the small fishery town to a vibrant city that is booming with a rapid growth. Real estate in Bosaso is on the rise. Somalis in the diasporas are migrating back and buying real estate in Bosaso like a MATHA f*cker. The very reason the city is getting bigger and populous by the day, the Population there today is 500,000 plus and it is projected to rise to a million in the coming 4 years, it might be the 3rd largest city now, but I assure you it'll be the largest city in Somalia when my generation fixes it’s eyes on it. In the meantime though, our promise to our faithful ever reliable beautiful city in the sun is this: we shell never abandon it, we shall never let anyone burn it, loot it, or even discredit it.
