Judge Larry Seidlin just dropped the bombshell that he is ready to render a decision on where the body of Anna Nicole Smith will be buried. In a shocking development the judge had maintained all week long that he would decide the case by Friday. The sooner the better as the body of Anna Nicole Smith is deteriorating according to a report from the Medical Examiner's office.

Anna Nicole Smith Burial Decision From Florida Court: Bahamas

The dramatic bombshell was described this way: With tears in his eyes, Judge Larry Seidlin will keep the world waiting -- for 15 more minutes. He says he's "done," and will be back to deliver the ruling on the final resting place.

The choices for burial appear to be in the Bahamas where she would rest next to her son Daniel Wayne Smith. Another choice is Texas where her mother wishes for her to be buried. The third choice would be in California. Smith had always said she wished to be buried next to Marilyn Monroe.

The judge entered the courtroom and finally made a decision after a circus like hearing that went several different ways in the near week long process.

The judge has now announced that the custody of the remains of Anna Nicole Smith go to her daughter Dannielynn Hope. A tearful judge directed that the remains be released to Richard Milstein, the guardian ad litem of Dannielynn Stern in consultation with the three parties, and 'wants' the body go to the Bahamas so Anna can be buried with her son.

Milstein now in theory can make the decision. Does this mean a DNA test to determine the father?
