I am so disappointed sometimes being a Somali. I always think to myself "No you can't give up on your people", but the older I get the more I think there is no hope for us anymore.
Yes, I've spoken about qabiil many times, but at the end of the day when people see our country they don't think
HAWIYE
DAROOD
ISAAQ
I hope we as a generation do something positive.

The only progressive people is Issaq .
Somaliland economy growth nearly doubled in 2005 and reported to be 13,5 % in 2000 .
Maybe somalia people will allways be refugees and losers like e!
but Somaliland people have been building homes and infrastructure since 1991.

LOL
W/Galbeed has the highest bnp per capita of all somali regions
then follows
Saaxil
Togdheer
Sanaag
Awdal
Sool
The W/galbeed bnp is higher then Kenya and Tanzania per capita.
Google it up losers .
I am sick and tired of you all depressive negative losers.
Bossaso is wild west port
With lots of ethiopian prostitues
and almost no regulations
the weather also sucks
but it is still one of the fastest growing somali cities.

Self-reliance in the Northeast: Puntland (2002)
"In comparison to Hargeisa, Bosasso residents enjoy a higher standard of living if we compare average daily incomes. While urban residents of Hargeisa earn, on average, about $1 a day, Bosasso residents earn over $4. Naturally, with respect to Bosasso, IDPs earnings are far lower. Most IDP households in Bosasso earn a daily wage of a little over a $1, which is more than 50percent, more than most returnee/IDP families living in and around Hargeisa. However, for Bosasso's IDPs these earnings are seasonally dependent."
Therefore Bosaso and Puntland in general has a higher standard of living then Hargeisa and 'Somaliland'. We can also assuming that wages in towns like Galkacyo, Laascaanod, Erigavo, Garowe, Badhan, Qardho, Las Qoray are higher then those in the NW Somali towns.
Yearly Income:
Bosaso Resident Yearly wage:
$4 X 6(days)X 4(weeks)X 12(Months)= $1152+ USD
Hargeisa Resident Yearly Wage:
$1 X 6(days)X 4(weeks)X 12(Months)= $288 USD
Bosaso IDP wage:
$1 X 6(days)X 4(weeks)X 12(Months)= $288 USD
Hargeisa IDP Wage:
$.50 X 6(days)X 4(weeks)X12(Months)=$144 USD

If you measure progress in terms of dabodhilifnimo. Yes, you are 700 years in the future compared to Hawiyah.
