They can't be. The moderators got very very limit exis to the site. All they do is to delete a post, edit, remove it or the owner can give them temporary baning. Waba inta wahey sameyn karan.

What about their power trick behaviour?

Or shutting anyone in protest?

The deal is with the smalinet owner. He is the one getting the money at every hit. Moderators wa un askar bela ma'ash.
