Ben Dover, believe it or not, Cayn region does exist . Togdheer is highly known as an DAROOD-Harti-Dhulbahante settlement/region. But, i guess there is times when peace and stability is much more greater than landescape. Don't you think? BTW; I've heard that Dhulbahante was moved down, from Burco, because they believed that iidoor had an highly sever disease, that was extremely contagious.
